Drop-In Classes

These classes are a perfect way to learn a new skill, improve your overall fitness, and make friends.

SILVER-MEMBERS

Many of our classes are FREE.

Select classes are $3.


NON-MEMBERS

Fitness & aquatic classes are $8.50 per class

Reserve up to 30-minutes prior to class start time.
No registration deadlines and space is limited.

Roster Activity Policies

Must register in advance. Registration deadline is 5 days before the start of class. Late registrations will be accepted with a $10 surcharge.

Xtreme Hip Hop

Xtreme Hip Hop is a revamp of the traditional step aerobics with routines set to old and new school hip hop. The routines and fun music will make you want to get up and move while getting a great calorie burn!

 

Low-Impact Cardio  

Gold: Free, Silver: Free, Non-Member: $8.50

Low-impact, easy-to-follow cardio exercises designed to increase your heart rate, but not hurt your joints. Great for all fitness levels.

 

Kroc H.I.I.T.  

Gold: Free, Silver: Free, Non-Member: $8.50

This quick, 30-minute class combines strength and cardio in a series of high intensity intervals to get a total body workout in a short amount of time.

 

Butts & Guts

Gold: Free, Silver: Free, Non-Member: $8.50

This class focuses on strengthening the muscle groups of your lower body: quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and inner/outer thighs, as well as your abdominals and obliques.

 

Kroc Cycling

Gold: Free, Silver: Free, Non-Member: $8.50

This high-energy cardio workout is an unmatched way to make your fitness goals a reality. New students please come early for assistance with proper bike set up.

 

Kroc Dance Fitness

Work on your dance moves and your fitness in this cardio-inspired dance class. This class combines easy-to-follow moves with a variety of music so you’ll never get bored. No dance experience necessary.

 

Fit 4 Life

The low-impact cardiovascular and weight training included in this class are sure to help you increase your strength, balance and coordination.

 

SENIOR FIT

A low impact workout including cardio strength, and flexibility exercises in order to help improve balance and activities of daily living.

POUND®

Channel your inner rockstar with this full-body cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, sweat dripping fun of playing the drums using Ripstix™.

 

ZUMBA®

Inspired by Latin dance and music, Zumba® uses a variety of dance styles with music alternating between fast and slow rhythms for a cardiovascular workout that is both fun and easy to follow. No dance experience necessary.

 

PILATES

Engage the mind and condition the body in this mixed level mat Pilates class that blends strength training and flexibility training to improve your posture and everyday movements. All levels welcome.

 

LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT™

This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi, and muay thai.

 

LES MILLS BODYFLOW™

An athletic blend of Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm.

 

LES MILLS BODYPUMP™

This workout is designed to improve strength and endurance in all the major muscle groups while simultaneously burning calories for fat loss.

 

Gentle YOGA

This general yoga class concentrates on physical health and metal well-being. The class focus will be on correct alignment and breathing techniques combined with strength and flexibility exercises in order to increase circulation, improve balance, reduce blood pressure, reduce stress, and relieve joint pain. No yoga experience necessary - all levels welcome.

 

YOGA

Yoga has been shown to help alleviate or reduce many health challenges, making it an increasingly popular exercise choice. This gentle, slower paced yoga class will include light stretching, balance and strength exercises, and easy to follow yoga sequences.

 

LES MILLS CXWORX™

Based on scientific research, this 30-minute class really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper and lower body.

RENT-2B-FIT (We travel to you!)

With Rent-2B-Fit, we give you the chance to rent an instructor for a private group fitness class on the date and time of your choice. Workout alongside friends, co-workers, or relatives. Class dates and times are dependent upon instructor availability. Class fees/size vary. Class location is dependent upon equipment used. Contact Melissa Harris, fitness and wellness specialist to schedule a class.
